Homemade Weightgainer Recipes #1 – Vince Del Monte’s

Here’s what you will need:
- Three-four large 1 L water bottles
- A blender
- Couple bags of frozen berries
- A tub of natural peanut butter
- A tub of protein powder
- A few bags of low fat milk
- 10 minutes of your day
No, you are not mixing all these ingredients exactly but you can mix the following:
- 1-3 cups of low fat milk – 300 calories
- 1-2 cups of mixed berries – 200 calories
- 40-60 grams of protein powder – 160-240 calories
- 1-2 tbsp of natural peanut butter – 200 calories
Total CLEAN calories: 800. Healthy? Yes. No junk sugars and no bad fats. Cheap? yes. Potent? Yes. This is a good homemade weightgainer recipe for you to start from. Now, don’t say that you just can’t consume so many calories in a day.
Homemade Weightgainer Recipes #2-4 – Arnold Schwarzenegger’s

Level 1: (50 grams of protein)
- 20 ounces of milk
- 4 ounces of cream (or an ounce of olive oil and 3 ounces of water)
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoon lecithin granules (as an emulsifier)
- 1/2 cup of protein powder
- Flavouring
Level 2: (72 grams of protein)
- 16 ounces of milk
- 6 ounces of cream (or an ounce of olive oil and 3 ounces of water)
- 4 eggs
- 4 tablespoon lecithin granules (as an emulsifier)
- 1/2 cup of protein powder
- Flavouring
Level 3: (98 grams of protein)
- 16 ounces of milk
- 8 ounces of cream (or an ounce of olive oil and 3 ounces of water)
- 6 eggs
- 6 tablespoon lecithin granules (as an emulsifier)
- 3/4 cup of protein powder
- Flavouring
Blend the milk, cream, eggs and lecithin. When the lecithin dissolves, blend in the protein powder. You can use fruits for flavouring these homemade weightgainer recipes.
